Required Logic Design Engineer
Responsibilities
Design and implement complex digital circuits for ultra low-power SoC.
Participate in all phases of SoC design, from specification to coding, debug and tape-out.
Perform RTL design, synthesis, and timing analysis.
Optimize designs for power, performance, and area (PPA).
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including architecture, System, Software, Analog, verification, and physical design engineers.
Contribute to the development of design methodologies and best practices.
Debug and resolve design issues.
Support Lab bring ups, debug and other activities.

Manage and support the organization’s ERP system and related business processes Act as the primary internal expert for ERP (NetSuite experience is an advantage) Analyze, define, and improve business workflows and ensure proper ERP implementation and usage across departments Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements for new features or process changes Manage ERP projects including upgrades, enhancements, and integrations Provide support and training to ERP users Work with external vendors and NetSuite consultants when required Ensure data accuracy, security, and system integrity within the ERP platform Regularly report to the CIO on system status, improvements, and business impact.

As part of our R&D Engineering team, you will work closely with our Quality and Manufacturing teams to develop the latest tools and technologies to address significant, unmet clinical needs that impact patients lives around the world.
Role Summary:
You will lead a group of teams with focus on valve replacement for the mitral and tricuspid valves, from concept phase till early human use trials/transfer to manufacturing. The team goal is to design a heart valve dedicated to be delivered to the mitral or tricuspid valves via transcatheter approach.
You will lead the project planning (timeline and budget), product needs and design requirements, conceptual design and analyses, detailed design and testing efforts to mature concepts and bring products to design transfer stage. This is a unique position which allows us to influence future designs and bring innovation into Edwards portfolio.
How you will make an impact::
Manage 2-3 team leaders including R&D engineers and technicians (10-14 employees)
Lead design projects from early-stage feasibility till design transfer.
Perform R&D feasibility testing and design verification testing
Collaborate with cross functional teams (pilot manufacturing, testing, clinical development, quality).
Plan, manage and execute projects in aspects of milestones, timelines and budget.
Lead proof of concept development work including animal trials, in-vitro testing and supporting analyses.
Develop and mentor the team leads (valve and delivery system).
Manage close relations with global stakeholders and physicians (Irvine California).
Develop and retain talent to become the valve team of choice.

How you will make impact:
Prototype, plan, build, and deliver software applications in C++ and similar development languages
Participate in other software designs such as software for UI, signal processing, DevOps, product security, Operating system
Understanding top and low-level design of embedded systems.
Work closely with other development engineers to ensure the system is designed and delivered with appropriate requirements.
Independently cooperate with internal or external suppliers.
Drive the development and deployment of custom test systems SW / automation SW, and test methods concurrently with new product development.
Develop SW verification strategy, testing methods and V&V plans based on product requirements and SW design including writing tests that challenge the system and its requirements and advocate for test approaches that have highest impact.
Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
