Key Roles and Responsibilities
Lead user interviews and tests to gather insights crucial for product design.
Create and refine designs based on user feedback, ensuring alignment with user needs.
Collaborate closely with Product Managers and R D to understand customer needs and product requirements.
Apply user-centered design best practices to conceptualize and validate designs.
Generate high and low-fidelity prototypes to facilitate rapid design iteration and user testing.
Work closely with developers to ensure consistent implementation of design styles and interaction patterns.
Envision the broader scope effectively to contribute to the creation of innovative product designs.
Requirements: Requirements:
Bachelors degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Human-Computer Interaction, Graphic Design, or related fields.
Completion of Graphic Design or User Experience Design courses is advantageous.
Minimum 3 years of experience in web design, information architecture, or user research.
Technical skills in Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
Ability to analyze and utilize usage data for design decisions.
Strong motivation for learning and growth.
Experience blending user-centered design with agile development.
Understanding of accessibility standards is a plus.
Prior usability testing experience preferred
