What Youll Do:
Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of 3 graphic designers guiding creative direction, prioritization, and personal growth.
Create, edit, and produce videos using AI-based tools, bringing creative ideas to life through engaging visual storytelling.
Stay up to date with the latest AI-driven design and video trends, tools, and technologies, and apply them to enhance visual communication and creative innovation.
Maintain and evolve the companys visual brand identity, ensuring a consistent and modern design language across all materials.
Oversee creative design for marketing campaigns, landing pages, presentations, social media, tradeshows, and internal projects.
Collaborate cross-functionally with company teams to translate business goals into impactful visual assets. Manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously, ensuring high quality and timely delivery.
Provide constructive feedback, conduct design reviews, and establish efficient workflows and creative processes.
Stay curious and hands-on actively participating in design creation alongside your team.
Requirements: 5+ years of experience in graphic design, including at least 1 year in a team lead or senior position.
Proven portfolio showcasing visual storytelling, brand design, and creative excellence including hands-on experience in motion design, animation, video editing, and AI-generated content creation (portfolio link required).
Strong expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects) and Figma.
Experience working with AI-powered design tools (such as V0.3 and Google tools).
Excellent communication and presentation skills able to explain, justify, and elevate design decisions.
Outstanding time management, prioritization, and organizational abilities.
Fluent English (spoken and written).
Bonus Points if you have:
Background in tech, startup, or global company environments.
Familiarity with design tools such as Canva.
Understanding of performance design principles for digital ads and social media campaigns (ads, digital campaigns, CTR, etc.).
