You will be responsible for the design, development, and implementation of automated TEST systems for our cutting-edge products. This role requires a strong background in hardware engineering, as well as experience in TEST automation and system integration. Responsibilities:
* Design and develop hardware solutions for automated TEST systems, including TEST fixtures, load boards, and interface circuits.
* Perform hardware debugging, troubleshooting, mass production support and optimization to ensure reliable and efficient TEST systems.
* Develop and maintain hardware documentation, including schematics, layouts, and mechanical designs.
* Design and develop software for TEST automation, including TEST sequencing, data acquisition, and result analysis.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including hardware, software, engineering, quality, and manufacturing.
* Stay up to date with the latest trends and technologies in automated testing procedures.

What you'll be doing:

Physical design of blocks according to specifications under challenging constraints targeting for the best power, area, and performance.

Be exposed and work on a variety of challenging designs (including high cell count and HS blocks). Resolving complex timing and congestion problems.

Daily work involves all aspects of physical design chip development (RTL2GDS) - synthesis, power and clock distribution, place and route, timing closure, power and noise analysis, and physical verification.

Taking part inflows development.

You'll work directly under the Head of Engineering, fully autonomous - delivering high-impact backend and infrastructure features that shape our platform's future.

This role demands technical depth, ownership, and the drive to take on tough, often invisible engineering problems that others shy away from - the kind that make everything else possible.

What You'll Do

Take full ownership of complex backend systems - from architecture to production deployment.

Design and implement distributed systems using Node.js, Kafka, Redis, SQL, and MongoDB.

Build and maintain infrastructure components with Kubernetes (EKS), AWS, and CI/CD pipelines.

Work directly with the Head of Engineering to define technical direction, priorities, and execution plans.

Integrate AI models and tools into backend systems (experience with AWS Bedrock or similar is a plus).

Ensure high availability, scalability, and performance in real-world production environments.
