we are scaling fast - and we're hiring a Senior Marketing Performance Designer to join our companys in-house digital marketing creative studio and play a key role in shaping high-performing, conversion-driven experiences across our digital marketing creatives. Youll design with intent: to engage, convert, and deliver measurable marketing results.
This role sits at the intersection of brand, growth, marketing, and product design, ideal for someone who thrives on combining design, storytelling, and data to move fast and drive impact.
You'll work closely with marketers, developers, and both product and marketing managers to create web pages and marketing assets that are not only visually stunning but also highly effective. This includes designing performance-driven materials such as landing pages, paid ads, video design assets, and other creative content across digital channels

Design and optimize landing pages, websites, banners, and campaign assets with a performance-first approach
Apply UX/UI best practices to increase clarity, reduce friction, and boost conversion
Create reusable design assets and components to ensure brand and design consistency at scale
Use data insights (heatmaps, scrollmaps, analytics) to inform design decisions
Use AI tools to generate, localize, or repurpose creative assets quickly
Work closely with growth, demand gen, content, and product teams to align creative with business goals
Ensure design consistency across all digital marketing channels.
Requirements: 5+ years of experience in marketing and web design, ideally within fast-paced B2B SaaS or tech product companies
Strong portfolio showcasing landing pages, paid media ads, AI design examples with CRO-focused design work
Mastery of Figma, plus proficiency with design tools like Adobe Creative Suite
Deep understanding of conversion-driven UX/UI principles and responsive web design
Experience with performance marketing channels (Meta, LinkedIn, Google, etc.)
Experience using data to iterate and improve (A/B testing, heatmaps, analytics)
Hands-on with AI tools for creative production
Ability to work fast, iterate quickly, and deliver under tight deadlines
Experience with low-code/no-code design builders (e.g. Webflow, Builder.io, Wix Studio, Elementor)
Familiarity with SEO principles, web accessibility, and structured content
Background in motion design or light animation (Lottie, After Effects)
Experience with SEO best practices, web accessibility standards, and structured content design - a strong advantage
