Proven track record of owning large, complex codebases.
Expertise in multithreading and real time systems.

Excellent problem solving skills, with clear written and verbal communication.
Hands-on, proactive, and comfortable working independently and cross-functionally.

Preferred:
Proficiency with Git workflows, build systems (CMake), and debugging tools
Prior work on ASIC‑based products.
Familiarity with hardware communication protocols: SPI, I²C, GPIO.
Experience with safety‑critical systems, system profiling, performance tuning or thermal optimization.

Requirements:
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering or similar.
- 3+ years of professional experience in software development.
- 3+ years of experience coding in low-level C.
- Experience with firmware development.
- Knowledge and good understanding of HW, SW and the entire System view.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with modern multi-core ARM devices.
- Experience with SoC development life cycle.
- Experience with HW/SW interfaces on the board and chip level (e.g. I2C, SPI, DRAM, PCIe).
- Driver development on bare-metal systems or real-time operating.
- Deep understanding of computer architecture.
- Experience with driver development.
- Experience with boot loader.

B.Sc. or higher degree in Computer Sciences, EE, Physics, or equivalent.

- 8+ years of experience with embedded SW development.
- Fluent in C and drivers.
- Experience with HW/SW interfaces at both the board and chip level.
- Personal characteristics: leader, team player, highly motivated and committed, passionate about SW development, a fast learner, and willing to work in a dynamic environment.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Deep understanding of computer architecture.
- Experience with network driver development and protocols.
- Experience with SoC development life cycle.
- Experience working in Linux environments.

Requirements:
* A BSc in EE or CS (or convince us that you dont need it).
* Practical experience of at least 5 years.
* Experience with computer programming in C / C ++ & Python required.
* Experience with bare-metal & Linux -based Embedded systems.
* Experience with CAN, USB and BLE - an advantage.
* Experience with electronic lab equipment scope, logic analyzer, multimeters, power supplies an advantage.
* Familiarity with control systems, simulation systems, flight-related systems, motor control and battery management systems- an advantage.
* Excellent teamwork/interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively.
* Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within and outside one's own work group.
