Lead the design and development of scalable, high-performance backend systems critical to the core product
Take full ownership of complex infrastructure components from concept to production, ensuring reliability, observability, and maintainability
Dive deep into new technologies and system areas, evaluate and integrate them to solve infrastructure and product challenges
Promote engineering excellence by setting high standards for code quality, testing, documentation, and design reviews
Act as a senior Developer within the team: mentoring others, contributing to architecture discussions, and supporting the technical growth of the team
Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, DevOps, Security, and QA to align backend work with business needs
Investigate and resolve production issues, customer escalations, and performance bottlenecks proactively
Help shape the teams technical roadmap and long-term strategy through strategic input and hands-on contribution Requirements:
7+ years of hands-on experience in backend software development
Solid understanding of backend architecture and scalable service design
Proficiency in at least one of the following: Go,.NET or Python
Experience designing and building cloud-native applications
Familiarity with containerized environments (Docker, Kubernetes) and CI/CD pipelines
Strong sense of ownership with ability to lead features end-to-end
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, especially cross-functionally
Experience mentoring or supporting developers is a plus

Requirements:
BSc in Computer Science or a related field (advanced degrees are a plus)8+ years of software engineering experience, with strong development skills and deep system-level understandingDemonstrated passion for building well-architected, maintainable, and elegant software systemsProven ability to work independently and navigate complex technical challenges across the entire stack from infrastructure to application logicProficiency in backend design and architecture, with a track record of successful implementationsStrong foundation in distributed systems, including scalability, consistency models, fault tolerance, and parallel/concurrent programming paradigmsProficiency in Python and/or Go, with hands-on experience in asynchronous and concurrent programmingHands-on experience managing and operating Kubernetes clusters and working within its ecosystem (e.g., Helm, Operators)Proficiency with relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL)

Requirements:
To be successful in this role you will:
Have 3+ years of experience in backend development with a deep foundation in Golang, Python and SQL.
Have experience with distributed systems, cloud architectures, microservices, and databases.
Have excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a ever-changing, security-focused environment.
Have hands-on experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and containerized environments.
Have knowledge of real-time data processing and event-driven architectures (NATS, Kafka, gRPC, etc.).
Be proficient in cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure.
Be familiar with AI/ML security concepts, adversarial threats, and API security.

Requirements:
At least 5+ years of backend development experience, with large-scale products.
Proficient in Kotlin/Java for backend development.
Experience with cloud infrastructure and services.
Experience with CI/CD, Kubernetes, Docker and monitoring technologies.
Experience in Kafka, Redis, Postgres, and Trino.
Proven track-record in delivering reliable software products.
Strong decision-making skills, with the ability to balance multiple stakeholders inputs.
