Role Responsibilities:
Execute smart, data-driven product strategies in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
Identify new opportunities for product development.
Gather requirements and lead subsequent product design, creative, development, and testing activities.
Conduct user research and usability testing; analyze results to make our products as intuitive, simple, and elegant as possible.
Collaborate with developers, designers, and other team members to gather estimates, create project milestones, and ensure deadlines are met.
Identify and resolve problems in a timely manner, gathering and analyzing information skillfully and developing alternative solutions.
Initiate and lead 3rd-party integrations.
Requirements:
5+ years of experience in product management with a demonstrated ability to drive business results Must
Experience in B2C product management in large-scale data environments Advantage
Proven experience leading design (UX & UI) and R&D teams, including managing product roadmaps.
Experience with coding or in other technical positions Advantage
Familiarity with agile methodologies.
Strong UX capabilities.
Strong data analysis skillsextracting actionable insights from both qualitative and quantitative data.
Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong initiative: able to undertake self-development activities, seek increased responsibilities, take independent action, and seize opportunities.
Data-driven with the ability to shift seamlessly from creative to analytical tasks.
Ability to maintain strong attention to detail while managing multiple projects, working well under pressure, and meeting tight deadlines.
Ability to act as a leader within the company.
