An integral part of our growth is an easy, smooth and modern experience for over 30,000 paying customers and their end users.
We are looking for an experienced Product Manager that will take us to the next level, expanding new markets and ensuring our customers absolutely LOVE our solution.
You will use your experience to conduct extensive research, interview customers, partners and other stakeholders and analyse our telemetries to redesign the main journeys of our users, take part in planning an impactful roadmap that will make our customers achieve what they perceive as impossible, work with the developers and UX designers towards a perfect execution of our plan and add that special WOW factor to every feature.
You will be a part of our product management team and report directly to our head of PM.
This is a startup we deliver quickly and make changes along the way as we grow very fast. Your work will impact directly on the day to day of our users and the bottom line results of our organization.
Key Responsibilities
Work with customers, partners and other stakeholders, internal and external, to understand what will make our product great.
Take a significant part in defining the product roadmap and be responsible for executing it.
Generate KPIs and strong analytics of how our users experience our solution.
Form a plan to revolutionize the user experience of a major part of the solution.
Work closely with the R&D team and UX designer, deliver the requirements, and follow up on them until rollout.
Master our competitors solutions and find ways to expand our differentiation.
Requirements:
3-6 years of experience in product management and cyber security - Must.
Experience with delivering solutions to identity security - Must.
Proven experience with SaaS-based products - Must.
Experience with simplifying complex B2B system.
Passion for UX and experience with incorporating state of the art usability in every aspect of your product.
Ability to deliver ideas and mock-ups fast and to exec level
Ability to manage a customer conversation, understanding the needs and communicating roadmap.
Experience and/or good understanding of the different personas in cyber security teams - Advantage.
Excellent English.
