Requirements:
To be successful in this role you will:
Have 5 years experience in C++ development, with deep knowledge of systems programming, memory management and concurrency.
Have experience with eBPF, XDP, or related Linux kernel technologies, and an interest in low-level systems development.
Have a Deep command of modern C++ (including C++11/14/17/20), STL, familiarity with low-level and performance profiling tools
Have a proven experience in a research-intensive, like experimentation, algorithm or exploring new technology capabilities.
Have in-depth understanding of Linux OS internals, network protocols, and security features within the Linux environment
able to dive into kernel development and continuous learning about advancements in the Linux kernel eBPF ecosystem.
Be able to solve complex, abstract problems using logical and creative approaches.

Lead the design and development of scalable, high-performance backend systems critical to the core product
Take full ownership of complex infrastructure components from concept to production, ensuring reliability, observability, and maintainability
Dive deep into new technologies and system areas, evaluate and integrate them to solve infrastructure and product challenges
Promote engineering excellence by setting high standards for code quality, testing, documentation, and design reviews
Act as a senior Developer within the team: mentoring others, contributing to architecture discussions, and supporting the technical growth of the team
Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, DevOps, Security, and QA to align backend work with business needs
Investigate and resolve production issues, customer escalations, and performance bottlenecks proactively
Help shape the teams technical roadmap and long-term strategy through strategic input and hands-on contribution Requirements:
7+ years of hands-on experience in backend software development
Solid understanding of backend architecture and scalable service design
Proficiency in at least one of the following: Go,.NET or Python
Experience designing and building cloud-native applications
Familiarity with containerized environments (Docker, Kubernetes) and CI/CD pipelines
Strong sense of ownership with ability to lead features end-to-end
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, especially cross-functionally
Experience mentoring or supporting developers is a plus

Requirements:
To be successful in this role you will:
4+ years experience providing technical solutions & support for Enterprise customers.
Have prior experience serving as an Escalation Engineer working with Support engineers, R&D and QA teams.
Have knowledge of the technologies: Linux Operating System (Mandatory), Windows Operating System (Mandatory), Basic Networking, Virtualization, Cloud Technologies, K8s.
Have high availability and cultivate a mindset focused on responsiveness.
Have Basic knowledge of any scripting Languages like Bash, PowerShell, and Python.

Requirements:
2+ years of managerial experience as a team leader and/or tech lead
