What You'll Do:

Main Responsibilities:

Group Management:

Hands-on experience in conducting Code Reviews (CR) and managing source control (Git).
Strong track record of leading release delivery processes.
Experienced in conducting performance reviews, 1:1 meetings, and team evaluations.
Excellent communication skills with internal and external stakeholders, including customers
System Architecture & Design:

Your Day to Day
Design & develop new features for our SWIR camera, mainly low-level code, used both internally and by external customers.
Development with various MCUs/MPUs and FPGA, dealing with various RT constraints.
Integrate and develop drivers for HW modules.
Participate in the development of internal frameworks, as well as in definitions of new capabilities, affecting major internal activities.
