Requirements:
At least 5 years of hands-on experience in developing data-oriented highly complex products, using Java/Python/Other OOP languages Must
Experience in data processing FW such as Spark or Pandas Must (Experience with Minio / Airflow an Advantage)
Production level troubleshooting; Experience working with advanced SDLC methodologies Must
Experience in Distributed Databases (Such as Elasticsearch, Mongo, Redis, etc)
Experience working as a software developer in an Agile environment
Familiarity with AI tools to enhance and accelerate development workflows
Experience with developing microservices-based architecture
Experience working in container-based environments using tools such as K8s, Helm
Curiosity, accountability, and strong analytical thinking. Teamwork skills, including close collaboration with cross-functional interfaces such as Product, QA, and DevOps


Nice to have:

Familiarity with machine learning frameworks (e.g., scikit-learn, TensorFlow)
Experience with RedHat OpenShift
Dev Environment knowledge: GIT, Jenkins, Docker
Working with hybrid teams remotely
Strong plus will be a mentoring experience, team guidance, and unofficial leadership responsibilities

Requirements:
MSc/PhD in Computer Engineering / Computer Science or equivalent
5+ years of experience in software development in Linux environments
Experience designing complex distributed systems
Deep system understanding and ability toenhance and optimize existing code
Proficiency in analyzing academic papers and studying AI/cloud technological trends
Strong technical leadership, excellent interpersonal skills, and ability to work in a global team
Fast learner, highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Skills:
Expertise in AI/ML infrastructure, memory-tiering, caching, or high-performance computing
Proficiency in C++ and Python
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure)
Knowledge of AI/ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, vLLM) and performance optimization
Nice to Have
Experience in storage/memory domains (as applied to AI workloads)
Advanced Python programming with ML/AI library implementations
Experience with LLM (Large Language Model) and multimodal AI training pipelines
Background in benchmarking, performance tuning, and optimizing Storage or AI applications.

OR
Master's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field and 3+ years of Software Engineering, Hardware Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Systems Engineering, or related work experience.
OR
PhD in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field and 2+ years of Software Engineering, Hardware Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Systems Engineering, or related work experience.
Electrical Engineering or Computer Science degree graduate (GPA >85)

5 years of proven experience in C++ programming.

HW/Logic design experience.

Good Understanding of CPU Architecture.

High integrity and Team player.

Committed and creative.

Not restrained by need of reverse engineering.

Strong technical, planning, and communication skills.

Quick in learning and willing to take up challenges.

Preferred qualifications:

Experience in System C, Python Programming.

Experience in CPU Architecture.

Experience with LTE,5G Technologies, especially PHY layer.
