* Work closely with marketing team, as well as - Product, BI, Monetization, and management, serve as our data focal point
* Collect, refine, and analyze large, complex data sets representing users behavior, see beyond numbers, and help to inform, influence, support, and execute our business decisions
* Plan and analyze effective A/B tests in order to improve business KPIs
* Build reports and dashboards to monitor product performance, key business metrics, and User Experience
* Be proactive and provide actionable recommendations and conclusions from app data to shape features, future product roadmaps, and business strategies

Requirements: * More than 3 years experience as a data analyst,preferably in the digital advertising industry.
* Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as Statistics, data Science, Computer Science, or a related field.
* Full Proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BIgreenTxtBg!).
* Experience with analyzing user acquisition platforms (e.g. Google ads, Taboola, Meta)
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
* Excellent communication skills to convey findings and recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
* Attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy and integrity.
* Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
