On your day to day Were looking for a RevOps Analyst who is proactive, curious, entrepreneurial, and passionate about driving sustainable revenue growth. You will have a direct impact on aligning the companys revenue teams, and become a partner in optimizing the entire B2B revenue engine. You will collaborate closely with C -level, using your analytical skills and business understanding to uncover inefficiencies and opportunities that accelerate growth across the customer lifecycle.
* Proactively identify cross-functional growth and optimization opportunities that Sales, and CSM teams can quickly act upon.
* Lead projects such as pricing optimization, activation funnel analysis, go-to-market strategy, and deriving insights from our current customer base.
* Define and track input and output metrics across the revenue organization to measure performance and drive accountability.
* Build scalable data products and processes that support B2B revenue operations from the ground up.

Requirements: What Will Make You Stand Out?
* 2+ years of experience as an Analyst working with Sales and/or CSM teams in a technology company (must)
* Strong knowledge of business and product processes and how to translate business needs into research questions and models.
* Experience in analyzing B2B funnels and metrics.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills.
* Fluency in common statistical analysis methods.
* Proficiency using SQL for data querying and manipulation, Python (big plus).
* Detail-oriented with a track record of success in quantitative fields.
* Capable of collaborating with diverse teams and C -level in a fast-paced environment.
* Familiarity with PLG (Product-Led Growth) principles (nice to have).
* Very high proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
