The Mobile Team Lead will be part of an agile development team, building and working on our mobile iOS app mostly based on top of swift development stack. The Team Lead will provide technical and team leadership through coaching, mentorship and as well as hands-on coding (about 50%).

Were looking for a brilliant, hands-on Software Development team leader to join our world-class technology team. In this role, you'll have both the autonomy and the authority to lead a Full Stack development team in building exceptional products throughout the agile development lifecycle. Youll be joining a high-velocity, highly technical group of passionate builders behind our company's core platforms.
What am I going to do?:

* Lead a team of talented developers through the full product lifecycle: from architecture and design to development, testing, and production.
* Stay hands-on and contribute to the codebase.
* Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and data professionals to drive innovation and deliver value.
* Mentor, grow, and support the team, helping them reach their full potential.

Requirements:
* BSc or MSc in Computer Science from a top-tier university.
* 5+ years of experience in backend or Full-Stack development, including at least 1 year in a leadership role.
* Proven experience designing and implementing scalable, distributed web applications.
* Deep understanding of backend technologies, functional programming, SQL, NoSQL, and data platforms.
* Strong communicator with excellent cross-functional collaboration skills.
* Passion for writing clean, well-tested, high-performance code.
* A strong sense of ownership, accountability, and attention to detail. At our company, were not about checklists.
