About this role:
As Web Designer, you will:
Design visually compelling, user-friendly SaaS web experiences that convert.
Build responsive layouts for desktop and mobile, optimizing for trials, demos, and revenue.
Elevate our visual system with motion, micro-interactions, and fresh patterns while maintaining accessibility and performance.
Apply SEO best practices and semantic HTML for optimized architecture.
Research leading SaaS designs best practices and adapt them to brand.
Collaborate cross-functionally to hit KPIs and launch on time.
Use data (A/B tests, heatmaps, analytics) to refine copy, hierarchy, and visuals.
Deliver pixel-perfect Figma files, hand off to dev, and QA before release.
Manage multiple projects, lead discussions, and adapt quickly to feedback.
Requirements: 5+ years of experience designing web and mobile-first experiences
Strong portfolio, demonstrating UX thinking, visual design skills, and attention to detail.
Expert-level in Figma: components, auto-layout, variables, prototyping, and animation using Figma Motion.
Experience leveraging AI tools to enhance design workflows, automate repetitive tasks, and generate creative concepts and images.
Proficiency in UX/UI principles, Research, and UX Journey.
Independent yet collaborative mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
Proficiency with Adobe suite.
Expertise in data analysis through Google Analytics and Hotjar tools.
Coding Skills: Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript - a plus.
Bachelors degree in Graphic Design, Web Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Computer Science with a UX/UI certification preferred.
