We are looking for an Engineering Manager who is:

Key Responsibilities:
Lead and mentor a dedicated development team
Ensure changes meet business needs by understanding the business and maintaining close relationships with users
Design and implement scalable, high-performance architectures
Solve complex problems with innovative solutions
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize systems.
Requirements: 7+ years of software development experience, including at least 3 years as a team leader or technical lead
Demonstrated leadership experience in development teams
Strong business and product understanding
Ability to understand and critically challenge system architecture and infrastructure in large-scale environments
Hands-on experience developing and managing SaaS production environments
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
Strong proficiency in Java
Experience with React and Oracle
Strong understanding of cloud architecture (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and microservices-based systems
Familiarity with Agile methodologies
Background in developing and rolling out GenAI solutions an advantage
