Principle duties and responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable code in C/C++.

Responsibilities
Lead or co-lead the PCIe sub system post-silicon logic validation process, including planning, methodology development and co-ordinating with emulation, firmware and testing teams.
Participate in both emulation and post-silicon validation phrases by designing, implementing and excuting tests and tools.

We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Software Team Leader to lead the design and development of a next-generation Air Defense Command & Control System. This role requires deep technical expertise in real-time distributed systems, modern software practices, and a strong leadership presence to guide a multidisciplinary software team from architecture through delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead system design of a modular, real-time, geospatial C2 system involving track fusion, multi-sensor integration, and operator interfaces.

Develop wafer sort and final test methodologies, including test content creation and program development.
