We seek a skilled system Qualification Engineer to join our R&D Hardware team and ensure the quality, reliability, and performance of Hardware projects. You will lead system -level qualification, integration, and testing activities, working closely with hardware, software, and system teams to validate our products before deployment.
A day in the life and how youll make an impact:
* Lead qualification, testing, and validation of multidisciplinary systems.
* Define and execute TEST plans to ensure product performance and compliance.
* Collaborate with hardware, software, and mechanical teams to resolve system -level issues.
* Troubleshoot and investigate integration or performance problems in lab and field environments.
* Document TEST results and provide clear feedback to development teams.
* Work with subcontractors and suppliers to support qualification and testing tasks.
* Travel internationally up to 25% of the time to support on-site testing and deployment.
Requirements: * BSc in Electrical / Mechanical / Integration Engineering or equivalent.
* 3+ years of experience in system qualification, validation, or integration in a multidisciplinary environment.
* Strong hands-on capabilities
* Problem solving skills and can do approach
* Familiarity with communication protocols and lab equipment.
* Proficiency in reading engineering drawings and performing assemblies accordingly
* Highly motivated, proactive, and a team player.
* Willingness to travel internationally up to 25%.
