We are looking for a candidate who can innovate and integrate signal processing technologies, by solving diverse sets of problems in various wireless communication and sensing technologies; - Develop communication signal processing algorithms for best-in-class implementation of various wireless standards - Conduct basic research of existing solutions in literature - Involvement in block level spec definition - Perform mathematical analyses of the given problem and its proposed solutions - Implement floating-point simulations to prove spec compliance of suggested solutions - Implement fixed-point modeling and simulation to allow performance sign-off and RTL bit-exact development - Write detailed design documents that will enable implementation of algorithms by other teams specializing in either RTL design or DSP firmware coding - Optimize and fine-tune the system for spec compliance on silicon in an RF lab environment

Required Production Engineer
Production Engineers are hybrid software/systems engineers who ensure that our services run smoothly and have the capacity for future growth. They are embedded in every one of our product and infrastructure teams, and are core participants in every significant engineering effort underway in the company.
Our team is comprised of varying levels of experience and backgrounds, from new grads to industry. Relevant industry experience is important, but ultimately less so than your demonstrated abilities and attitude. We sail into uncharted waters every day in Production Engineering, and we are always learning.
This position is full-time.
Production Engineer Responsibilities
Own back-end services like our Hadoop data warehouses, front-end services like Messenger and Newsfeed, infrastructure components like our Memcache infrastructure, and everything in between
Write and review code, develop documentation and capacity plans, and debug the hardest problems, live, on some of the largest and most complex systems in the world
Together with your engineering team, you will share an on-call rotation and be an escalation contact for service incidents

We are looking for a Security Production Engineer.
As a Security Infra Engineer, youll design, build, and manage security aspects of our cloud-based and physical environments to ensure compliance and integrity.
In your day-to-day, you will:
Design, implement, and maintain platforms for investigating and analyzing security incidents, performing root cause analysis, and coordinating remediation efforts.
Design, implement, and maintain security tools and controls for cloud-based infrastructure, Kubernetes clusters, and services, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
Build tools and scripts using Golang, Python, or Node.js.
Collaborate with all infrastructure groups (cloud, networking, DB, DevEx, etc.) and the Chief Information Security Officer group (for example, for incident response).
Align with other infrastructure standards, including efficiency, reliability, and cost.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to design, implement, maintain, and manage security solutions that ensure the integrity and confidentiality of our systems.
