Develop and manage project work plans, timelines, budgets, and environmental targets.
Lead operational activities with farmers training, coordination, and field implementation of regenerative or carbon-smart practices.
Coordinate with environmental consultants for measurements, validation, and document preparation for standard bodies (MRV process).
Oversee project execution and monitor field data, risks, and deliverables.
Manage communication with suppliers, consultants, and internal stakeholders.
Prepare progress and performance reports for management and partners.
Integrate innovation and applied R D activities into ongoing projects.
Requirements: Bachelors degree (B.Sc.) in Agricultural Sciences, Environmental Sciences, Agronomy, Soil Science, or a related field required
M.Sc (research track) advantage
Practical knowledge in agricultural (soil, irrigation, and crop system ).
Experience working with farmers or agricultural stakeholders
Ability to provide technical guidance and field support.
Ability to interpret agronomic and environmental data.
Experience with data analysis tools or basic statistics.
High-level English written and spoken.
Proven experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Ability to meet deadlines and manage field and office operations effectively.
Experience with GIS software (QGIS, ArcGIS) - advantage
Familiarity with carbon farming, sustainability reporting, or environmental certification advantage (Training provided).
Valid drivers license required.
