Required Data Engineer
As part of our Data Engineering team, you will not only build scalable data platforms but also directly enable portfolio growth by supporting new funding capabilities, loan sales and securitization, and improving cost efficiency through automated and trusted data flows that evolve our accounting processes.
Responsibilities:
Design and build data solutions that support our core business goals, from enabling capital market transactions (loan sales and securitization) to providing reliable insights for reducing the cost of capital.
Develop advanced data pipelines and analytics to support finance, accounting, and product growth initiatives.
Create ELT processes and SQL queries to bring data to the data warehouse and other data sources.
Develop data-driven finance products that accelerate funding capabilities and automate accounting reconciliations.
Own and evolve data lake pipelines, maintenance, schema management, and improvements.
Create new features from scratch, enhance existing features, and optimize existing functionality.
Collaborate with stakeholders across Finance, Product, Backend Engineering, and Data Science to align technical work with business outcomes.
Implement new tools and modern development approaches that improve both scalability and business agility.
Ensure adherence to coding best practices and development of reusable code.
Constantly monitor the data platform and make recommendations to enhance architecture, performance, and cost efficiency.

We are seeking an experienced, skilled and creative Full-Stack Engineer to join our Barebone (platform infra) team. At the Barebone team, we facilitate and maintain the infrastructure that supports higher-level teams efforts, thus playing a central role in pushing business initiatives from PRD to Production-ready. We design, code, and maintain the interaction layer with the EHR (the software used by physicians at the point of care), and and the same time - adopt a guardian state-of-mind, making sure we do not cause any degradation in the EHRs performance or functionality; this is a fundamental part of us being an add-on software.
As a Full-Stack Engineer, youll collaborate closely with Product Managers, QA Engineers, and fellow Developers and participate in all the technical stages, from design to deployment, to monitoring and working with our customer success and support. Youll have the opportunity to drive impactful improvements while contributing both autonomously and within cross-functional teams.
What Youll Do:
Develop a responsive, high-performing, web extension that will house our hub.
Lead web platform infrastructure initiatives, applying JS (TS, Node.js) best practices, performance optimization techniques, and security principles.
Write clean, efficient code with a focus on comprehensive test coverage.
Own the full lifecycle of your features, from development to deployment.

What You'll Own

Systems & Tooling

Lead the implementation and optimization of key tools (e.g., Gainsight, SFDC, Databricks) to support CS workflows, renewals, adoption tracking, and support ops
Partner with Product, R&D, and Support teams to align tech stack with EV/EM rollout phases and customer lifecycle milestones
Own ongoing configuration and governance of Salesforce for CS use cases including playbooks, task flows, renewal views, and reporting
Serve as the go-to SME for Gainsight (a plus) health scores, CTAs, journey orchestration, and adoption triggers


Data & Insights

Build scalable reporting models to track CS performance, GRR/NRR trends, usage signals, and early warning indicators
Design customer health scoring models using both structured inputs (e.g., ARR, support trends) and behavioral and adoption signals
Drive quarterly CS insights for leadership reviews and board presentations


Strategy & Enablement

Drive operational alignment across CS, MSSP, and Support teams to ensure SLAs, success plans, and validation strategies are measurable and scalable
Support customer segmentation and service tiering (e.g., Core Defense / Adaptive Security / Offensive Advantage) with relevant data views and automation
Partner with CS leadership on forecasting, headcount modeling, and compensation design support

Structure, draft, negotiate and review all types and aspects of commercial agreements, including EULAs, Licensing Agreements, DPAs, Supplier Agreements, NDAs and others.
Advise on and ensure compliance with data protection regulations, including GDPR and Data Protection Agreements.
Create and maintain standard templates, business processes and internal policies to help scale the business.
Conduct legal research and analysis to support various business initiatives.
Provide legal advice and work closely with all our marketing, business development and sales divisions.
