You will be responsible for leading U.S. Tax Compliance engagements and managing diverse portfolio of clients, including:
* Review of a wide variety of U.S. Federal and State Tax Returns (corporates, partnerships and individuals)
* Preparation and Review of U.S. tax provisions (audit and non-audit SEC clients)
* Managing and supervising team members and interns
* Working closely with the International Tax Consulting group on a wide variety of US Tax related projects
* Maintaining and developing strong client relationships on various consulting/compliance engagements
* Providing leadership, counseling, and career guidance for the development and motivation of the compliance team

Required Automotive Build Engineer

System Installation of our computerized systems in autonomous vehicle fleet
Mechanical installation of peripheral infrastructure from scratch on vehicle cables, crimping, soldering, wiring, drilling, screwing, sawing.
Disassemble & assemble cars elements: fenders, bumpers, wheels, seats, dashboard panels, mirrors etc.
Working with workshop power tools: driller, Griders, Saws
Basic Configuring and debugging of Computers, Networking and varied components
Troubleshoot issues with varied engineering discipline, including software, hardware, mechanical assembly, networking, operating systems, and power systems.

What will your job look like?
Corporate Governance: Assist the Head of Corporate in ensuring appropriate corporate governance procedures and processes are in place and adhered to across all our companies.
Securities Compliance: Support compliance with U.S. Securities Exchange Act of 1934 disclosure requirements, including the preparation of Forms 10-K, 10-Q, and 8-K.
