Our networking product engineering team is looking for a test development engineer. The position combines an understanding of HW and SW to provide stable, efficient, smoothly running production tests, to enable high availability, while ensuring the quality of the products being shipped to customers.
What youll be doing:
Design and develop automated tests for networking Switches and DPU adapters while working closely with the HW, ASIC, and SW Engineering teams to achieve a reliable test with high coverage
Exposed to various aspects of design, DFT, and test of our company's next-generation network products
Take a significant part in the definition and development of tests from the development level to the final test of Network-Systems
Working with overseas manufacturing MP teams to increase yields, test coverage, capacity, and reduce production costs
Lead test solution innovations to reduce test time and improve quality.

What youll be doing:
Leading a team of 10+ Mechanical design Engineers.
Defining priorities, project plans, and allocating resources for various mechanical programs in coordination with Product managers.
Driving all electro-mechanical design aspects of Switches and assuring readiness of test/assembly infrastructure (fixtures and jigs) to enable high volume manufacturing.
Proposing multiple early design concepts while working in fast-paced product development cycles.
Joining and leading task forces to investigate and resolve production excursions, reliability issues and conduct failure analysis.
Performing risk assessment and mitigation plans, as part of product design.

What Youll Be Doing:
Team Leadership and Development: Guide, mentor, and expand your engineering team, ensuring effective planning and execution of projects while maintaining high standards of quality and performance
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Product and Program Management, Engineering and Production line teams, and HR to achieve business objectives, enhance user experiences, and develop user-friendly production test content
Product Lifecycle Management: Oversee the complete product lifecycle, including design, development, build, and enhancement of networking systems test software
Strategic Planning and Execution: Define product features and roadmaps, understand product strategy and market positioning, and drive products to successful completion and deployment
Quality Assurance and Testing: Review architectural designs (electrical, mechanical, process, software) of tested units to identify potential design issues and ensure robust and efficient production, resulting in high-quality products for customers
Risk Management and Issue Resolution: Identify and mitigate risks, resolve issues affecting project scope, schedule, and quality, and continuously improve processes and procedures within the team to streamline operations
