Key Responsibilities:
Business Development:
Develop and execute business development strategies to identify and pursue new opportunities within the Israeli Tech Ecosystem and specifically the Cyber & Cloud domains.
Build and maintain strong relationships with founders, startups, venture capitalists, and other key stakeholders.
Identify and engage with potential clients, partners, and collaborators to drive business growth.
Tech Ecosystem Engagement:
Leverage existing knowledge and connectivity within the tech ecosystem to identify trends, opportunities, and potential partnerships.
Represent Catalyst at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to enhance visibility and build relationships.
Collaboration with Partners and Service Lines:
Work closely with various partners and service lines to ensure seamless integration and collaboration on projects and initiatives.
Strategic Planning and Execution:
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of industry developments.
Prepare and present regular reports on business development activities, progress, and outcomes to senior management.

In this role, you'll lead a team of Backend engineers developing our core product. The initial period will be dedicated to pure hands-on work as part of the onboarding process: designing and developing complex high-performance, high-quality software, spanning across algorithms, application logic, and infrastructure. After this initial period and subject to performance, you will transition into leading a team.
