Our Temp Office Admin will ensure the smooth functioning of the day-to-day office operations in order to provide a quality, comfortable, clean, safe, and secure work environment, adhering to the companys standards.
You must be able to work Mondays and Wednesdays from our Jerusalem Office in Givat Shaul 8/8:30 - 14:00/14:30. Work from home and flexible hours on the other days.
Responsibilities:
Stocking of the kitchen on in-office days, Mondays and Wednesdays
Including picking up office groceries at local stores
Inventory and ordering of office supplies.
Purchasing of equipment, services, food, etc.
Coordination of office equipment maintenance and repairs
Oversee the cleaning of the office
Serve as the contact person to building management
Oversee the company parking system
Serve as the first contact for the alarm company
Greet visitors at the front door, receive deliveries, and collect the mail
Assist with company events and various errands as they arise
Assist the HR Manager, CTO and CEO with administrative tasks and errands.
Administrative work for the content team (optional)
Other tasks as they arise

So, what will you be doing all day?
Generate new business pipeline by executing Inbound/Outbound activities. Mainly cold calling and processing sequences.
Engage prospects in the US as a consultant who can help them uncover their challenges, and propose effective solutions.
Take part in building an effective Inbound/Outbound machine by testing different types of prospects, call-tracks, messaging and processes.
Partner with our sales team to drive revenue by running effective discovery, qualifying prospects, and scheduling appointments for Account Executives.

Working days: Monday-Friday, three times a week on-site, evening hours [US hours 14:30 -23:30 PM].

We're looking for a technically-savvy and strategically-minded Senior Business Applications Manager to join our Revenue Operations team. This is a unique hybrid role for someone who thrives at the intersection of technology, process, and GTM strategy. You'll serve as a key bridge between technical execution and business outcomes, supporting cross-functional initiatives, driving process automation, and optimizing our GTM stack.

What You'll Do:
HubSpot Mastery: Own, administer, and extend our HubSpot platform; create custom solutions, workflows, and automations to support marketing, sales, and customer success teams.
Integration Development: Design, build, and maintain integrations between HubSpot (and other platforms) with tools like Make.com, n8n, Retool, and other SaaS solutions.
JavaScript Engineering: Leverage your JavaScript expertise to solve business automation challenges, customize SaaS workflows, and build custom apps/extensions where needed.This will be done in Make custom apps, Hubspot UI extensions, Zendesk apps, and more.
Process Optimization: Identify gaps and inefficiencies in our GTM processes; propose, build, and launch solutions that increase revenue performance and cross-team alignment.
Stakeholder Management: Work closely with Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, Product, and other teams to scope, plan, and deliver technical and process-oriented projects.
Project Management: Drive initiatives from discovery to deliveryscoping requirements, prioritizing projects, managing timelines, and executing hands-on.
Documentation & Enablement: Create clear, concise documentation and provide training for end-users on automation and process changes.
Data Quality: Implement processes and automation to improve data quality throughout our GTM systems.
