6. שליחת הערות במידת הצורך לתיקון הבקשה להיתר, לפני העברתה לוועדה לדיון.
7. וידוא קיום התנאים להוצאת היתרי בנייה וריכוז כלל המסמכים הנלווים הנדרשים, בהתאם להחלטות הוועדה.
8. הכנת נוסח פרסום לבקשות המוגשות להוצאת היתרי בנייה, כנדרש בחוק ובתקנות.
9. מתן חוות דעת מקצועית בדיונים מקדימים ו/או ישיבות הוועדה ובמידת הצורך מעורבות בניסוח ההחלטות הנוגעות לתיקים באחריותו.
10. הפקת היתרי בנייה.
11. העברת נתונים לצורך עריכת חשבון והכנת שוברים תשלום.
12. הזנה ועדכון נתונים בשלבים השונים במערכת ניהול וועדה רישוי זמין ומערכות נוספות.
13. משימות נוספות על פי הנחיות הממונה.
14. קבלת קהל ומענה לפניות: מענה לפניות של גורמים שונים בכל הקשור לתהליכי והליכי הרישוי הנדרשים להוצאת היתרי בנייה, מענה לפניות ציבור, הודעות דואר וטלפונים, מתן הנחיות בשלבי התכנון השונים לגורמים פנים וחוץ-רשותיים לגבי אפשרויות ומגבלות לבנייה בשטח, על פי תכניות בניין עיר שחלות עליו.
15. מתן חוות דעת מקצועית בפורומים שונים: מתן עדויות מקצועיות בבית משפט, בנושאים הקשורים לאחריותו, דיווח נתונים ומתן חוות דעת בתחומי אחריותו בישיבות ועדות שונות, בהתאם להנחיות הממונה, עיבוד וניתוח של נתונים והכנת ניירות עמדה, מצגות וחוות דעת בתחום אחריותו.
16. מאפייני העשייה הייחודיים בתפקיד: שליטה בחוק התו"ב והתקנות, היכרות עם תהליכי הבנייה ומרכיבי הבניין, שירותיות ועבודה מול קהל.

השכלה: מהנדס בניין או בעל תואר באדריכלות ממוסד המוכר ע"י המועצה להשכלה גבוהה, או המוכר ע"י המחלקה לשקילת תארים מחו"ל במשרד החינוך.
או - הנדסאי אדריכלות או בניין.
קורסים והכשרות מקצועיות: עדיפות לבוגרי קורס לבודקי בקשות להיתר בנייה.
ניסיון מקצועי: עדיפות לבעלי ניסיון קודם בתחום.
דרישות תפקיד מיוחדות: יתרון לשליטה בחוק התו"ב והתקנות, היכרות עם תהליכי בניה ומרכיבי הבניין והסביבה, בדגש על פיתוח, נוף ותכנון המרחב הציבורי. שליטה באוטוקד, בקיאות בתוכנות האופיס.
דרישות נוספות: עבודה בשעות בלתי שגרתיות כולל חובת התייצבות לעבודה במצבי חירום. בהתאם לצורך.
כישורים אישיים: אמינות ומהימנות; שירותיות; יכולת קבלת החלטות, פיקוח ובקרה, נשיאה באחריות, יחסי אנוש מעולים, יכולת עבודה בצוות, יכולת ארגון ותכנון, כושר הבעה בכתב ובעל פה. המשרה מיועדת לנשים ולגברים כאחד.
