You possess a strong product mindset, deeply understanding how engineering initiatives directly impact key growth metrics like user acquisition, activation, retention, and conversion. You're passionate about leveraging technology to solve user problems and drive business outcomes.

Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Computer Science or a related technical field, or equivalent experience.
4+ years of experience in product management, with a proven track record in SaaS or AI-driven products.
Experience with no-code/low-code integration platforms is a plus.
Strong product management skillsdefining product vision, setting strategy, prioritizing features, and driving cross-functional alignment using tools like Jira.
Demonstrated ability to create enablement content, deliver training, and lead product demos for technical solutions.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; adept at collaborating with engineers, product managers, sales engineers, and customers.

Requirements:
What you bring:
3+ years of experience in fullstack development.
Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and experience with React, Redux, and Webpack.
Backend expertise with Node.js, microservices, and databases like MongoDB, PostgreSQL, or Redis.
Comfort with AI-powered development tools and willingness to experiment with new technologies.
A problem-solving, adaptable, and collaborative mindset, with a strong ability to work across both frontend and backend.

Nice to have: Experience with Mapbox, mobile development, or GCP.

Requirements:
Strong builders mindset balancing deep system thinking with practical, hands-on delivery.
10+ years of full stack system architecture and complex platform engineering experience.
Deep expertise designing distributed, composable, and extensible systems across frontend and backend environments.
Strong hands-on skills with frontend frameworks (e.g., React, Next.js) and backend systems (e.g., Node.js, Python, Go, microservices, event-driven architectures).
Proven experience integrating and operationalizing AI-assisted development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Cursor) into engineering workflows.
Experience building plugin frameworks, extension systems, or developer platforms that emphasize modularity and scalability.
Track record of defining and promoting engineering best practices especially in the context of AI-driven development.
Demonstrated technical leadership mentoring engineers, shaping architecture standards, and driving adoption of new paradigms.

Requirements:
1. Mechanical Engineering degree or relevant (plastic, materials...)
Highly experienced Practical Engineer may be considered.
2. Master's degree in Engineering significant advantage.
3. Minimum 3 years' experience in Injection Molding. more than 3 years' experience - significant advantage.
4. Project management experience - mandatory.
5. Familiarly with our products and production processes advantage.
6. High level English & Hebrew.
