A regional leadership role, partnering with both PS Leadership and IL Regional Leadership, the Director of HR, PS & IL will be responsible for:
Owning and delivering the strategic HR roadmap for PS
Understanding and effectively navigating local needs/complexities, including changes to local legislation, hybrid working policy, employee wellbeing and regional office engagement and morale etc.
Developing and implementing consistent approach to address local issues and advising HR BPs and managers globally on complex IL employee relations issues
Reporting to the Head of HR Business Partnering, OD & L&D, the Director of HR, PS & IL will be an embedded member of both the PS and local leadership teams. The role incumbent will have a deep understanding of the business context, culture, and challenges faced as well as an understanding of the importance of designing global, scalable, and agile people processes to meet the needs of a dynamic, fast-growing organisation.
The role will have line management responsibility for one HR Director based in India.
How youll make an impact:
Develop and execute the HR roadmap for PS, ensuring alignment with global and regional business priorities. Act as a trusted advisor to PS Leadership on workforce planning, talent strategies, and employee engagement and well being.
Partner with business leaders on organisational assessment and design initiatives to support growth and operational excellence.
Oversee generalist HR activities for PS globally, including performance management, total rewards, succession planning, and talent development.
Analyse people data and provide actionable insights to managers to support informed decision-making and drive business outcomes.
Champion a culture aligned with our companys values, fostering an environment where employees are highly engaged and motivated.
Serve as the regional expert on IL employment laws and cultural nuances, managing complex employee relations issues and ensuring compliance with local regulations/changes in legislation.
Maintain and enhance IL-wide people policies and partner with our Director of Global Reward to ensure employee benefits remain competitive and compliant.
Lead and develop the HR BP direct report, fostering a collaborative, high-performing culture.
Work closely with global HR teams and regional business leaders to address local needs while aligning with global people strategies.
Be visible and approachable to offer guidance and support for all IL employees.
Office attendance is needed for a minimum of 3 days a week or whatever company policy is in place.
Requirements: Extensive experience in HR business partnering, with a strong generalist background and expertise in IL labour laws, employee relations, and cultural nuances.
Proven ability to lead and develop teams, with experience managing global teams being highly advantageous.
A proven ability to balance strategic planning with hands-on execution, guiding their own and their teams efforts to achieve impactful results while promoting innovative and progressive ways of working.
Strong analytical skills to provide actionable insights and a commercial mindset to align HR strategies with business objectives.
Exceptional communication skills and the ability to adapt to different audiences, build strong relationships, and influence stakeholders effectively.
The ability to translate business goals into actionable HR plans, with a proactive, solutions-oriented, and outcome focused approach.
The ability to remain composed and effective under pressure, and thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
