Were looking for a senior Data Product Manager to drive the strategy, architecture, and execution of the data products that power us. This role is at the core of our data innovation engine, serving multiple business units and platform products across the company. You will lead cross-functional efforts to define, deliver, and scale data assets that are foundational to the product and its market differentiation.
This role offers a unique opportunity to lead high-scale, high-impact data products by collaborating with R&D, product, and business stakeholders to architect modular, trusted, and intelligent data systems.
We're looking for a true data enthusiast: someone passionate about translating business needs into data solutions, building strong relationships, shaping methodologies and processes, and owning complex data initiatives from end to end.
This role will report to the VP of Product Management, Data.
What Youll Do:
Data Product Ownership
Own the vision, roadmap, and delivery of critical datasets that underpin platform functionality, decisioning systems, and customer-facing features.
Lead modularization of data structures to enable scalability, easier ownership distribution, and data quality improvements.
Introduce metrics for quality (completeness, coverage, freshness, accuracy) and define validation, logging, and governance frameworks.
Cross-Functional Leadership
Serve as the product voice for data across R&D, aligning platform engineers, analysts, scientists, and business teams around a common strategy.
Bridge between domain-specific product teams and platform data infrastructure, translating business needs into scalable, reusable data assets.
Define data SLAs, fallback mechanisms, enrichment strategies, and quality assurance mechanisms in partnership with data consumers.
Strategic Impact
Prioritize and plan data initiatives that support new verticals, geographies, product features, and business models.
Spearhead productization of internal datasets into revenue-generating assets for both direct sales and platform distribution.
Deeply understand the customers evolving needs and enable the data to capture them accurately and scalably.
Execution & Optimization
Write clear product specs that include technical definitions, mapping rules, edge case handling, and downstream consumption logic.
Work hands-on with Databricks, Spark, SQL, and Python to analyze datasets, test logic, or collaborate on experiments.
Identify data anomalies, misclassifications, and inconsistencies, and lead efforts to resolve them in systematic and productized ways.
Design workflows for historical tracking and versioning of datasets.

Drive product launch and develop go-to-market plans, manage the development of sales enablement tools and training for field sales force and reseller partners.
Develop the sales tools (PPTs, feature briefs, case studies, white papers, product brochures) to support the sales process of the companys solutions and drive clarity and consistency of message.
Develop thought-leadership materials designed to accelerate our business momentum and better engage customers.
Present our products and solutions in formal and informal settings.
Evangelize our solutions portfolio to our customers through events, webinars and other external communications channels.
Drive sales enablement activities; act as key contact with the sales organization driving communications of product direction, positioning, key messages and sales collateral.
Travel for presentations, training, tradeshows and events up to 25%.

We are looking for a FP&A Business Partner to join the FP&A team, as part of the Finance group.
As a FP&A Business Partner, you will work with key stakeholders in the organization to build and maintain budget and forecast for one of our Divisions and to support Divisional and Finance leaders with analytical tools for decision making. This role provides a high level of exposure to the organization's Leadership. An ideal candidate will be comfortable navigating such a high-growth, entrepreneurial environment, independently.
In your day-to-day as FP&A Business Partner you will:
Build and develop financial budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and operational metrics tracking for Companys corporate units.
Maintain and improve company financial and operational models, and run ad hoc analysis in various areas, including income, resource allocation, and cohort-level insight.
Deliver insight regarding business metrics, including comparison to prior periods, highlighting key variances / trends and providing high-level commentary for use by management.
Enable data-driven decisioning by working closely as an "analytical arm" to department heads, building business cases that shape key strategies.
Proactively identify and analyze opportunities to drive business improvements and share actionable insights with management.

Were looking for Inbound Sales Development Representative - German speaker to nurture relationships with inbound prospects from our free product, and turn them into qualified leads for our sales pipeline.
This role will report to our MIR Team Manager.
Why is this role so important?
We receive thousands of inbound leads through our free product, and many of them dont yet know the value our marketing intelligence product can bring to their company.
As an MIR, you will be the first touchpoint for these new prospects, proving to them our value by sharing relevant insights from our data.
The relationships you build, and the meetings you are able to create for the sales organization, will have a direct impact on our sales pipeline.

So, what will you be doing all day?
Your role as part of the MIR team means your daily responsibilities may include:
Taking inbound calls, chats and responding to contact forms to qualify relevant prospects that could benefit from our many digital intelligence solutions
Finding relevant insights and data to share with prospects that showcase the true value that we would bring to our digital strategy
Sharing these insights either verbally, or through email
Filling the sales pipeline, by creating a set number of meetings between prospects and sales managers
Partnering with our marketing department to brainstorm and execute campaigns that show the value of our insights to our registered user base.
