The Policy team is building our Policy Protect app, a web application platform that merchants can configure and monitor their business policies in different use-cases such as refunds, returns, and more. Our work involves a robust analysis flow and models that evaluate claims in both offline and online environments to determine their legitimacy and prevent fraud.
Our Stack: Node.js, Kafka, Elastic, Aerospike, Docker, Kubernetes, Prometheus, Grafana.
What You'll Be Doing
Design and develop a highly reliable, available, and scalable architecture for our core services in a new promising product
Deploy your code to production daily (we have advanced CI/CD pipelines)
Be a strong owner of production systems, keeping them running smoothly
Active part in planning the team roadmap and products
Collaborate with other engineering teams and product managers teams to work on cross-department projects.

Were looking for a hands-on Automation Engineer to partner on improving QA processes. The initial focus is to extend our Java-based framework and test infrastructure with AI capabilities for analysis, stability, and faster feedback.
