About The Role
We are looking for an ambitious Team Leader and software engineer for our endpoint core engines platform team.
The team is responsible for advanced technologies across all our supported platforms - Mac, Linux, Windows and also owns our agent build and infrastructure.
This team delivers effective business logic, enhancements for the engines in our system, and infrastructure code that implements our long term architecture on the agent.

In This Position You Will
Manage a team of C++ engineers that own our core technologies in the endpoint agent
Own high-performance and critical-path code for sensitive engines in production under Linux, Mac and Windows
Deliver high quality code and results on requirements provided by product management and the field
Collaborate with various teams and stakeholders across the organization (R&D, Support, Operations, product, etc.)
Participate in customer and support calls as the technical authority
Get familiar with real customer challenges and gain a deep understanding of the balance between delivery velocity, security value and performance
Work in agile and scrum methodologies and conduct sprint ceremonies: daily meetings, planning, retrospective and demos.
Conduct performance review to the team members and recruit new team members.

What will your job look like?
Define System Architecture: Develop system requirements and architecture that align with customer needs and our software and hardware products.
Design and define: system architectures and flows for critical functions, including boot processes, power-on sequences, system health monitoring, and diagnostics, ensuring robust and reliable platform performance.
Engage with customers: analyze and understand customer requirements and maximize alignment with existing solutions.
Collaborate with Product Managers: Ensure requirements are in sync with system architecture and that both software and hardware developments meet system-level objectives.
Work closely with Project Managers: Define, map dependencies, and prioritize the scope of customer releases.
Innovate with Sensing, Driving and Fusion teams: To optimize overall system performance.

What you will be doing:
* Design and implement digital logic using VHDL for FPGAs (Xilinx, Altera).
* Define and develop FPGA architectures based on system requirements.
* Simulate and verify functionality at module and system levels.
*  Integrate IP cores and develop custom modules for data acquisition(ADC,DAC),communication protocols and control logic.
* Collaborate with hardware, software, and verification teams to ensure robust integration.
* Conduct hardware bring-up and debug using oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, and on-chip tools (ILA, SignalTap). Document design specifications, TEST plans, and verification reports
Advantages::

* Experience with high-speed interfaces (DDR, Ethernet, etc.)
* Experience deploying Linux on Zynq SOC FPGAs using Petalinux.
* Understanding of signal integrity in PCB designs.
