Were gearing up for a 2026 launch and looking for our first hire in monetization to join the core team and take ownership of one of the most critical pillars of our business.About The RoleAs Head of Monetization, youll be the architect and operator of all revenue-driving initiatives across the player lifecycle. Your mission is simple-but not easy: maximize player LTV, daily revenue, and retention. Youll design the monetization engine from the ground up - including strategy, tools, operations, and team structure-and be deeply hands-on as we scale.You will own the monetization calendar, lead promotional execution, optimize in-game offers and pricing, and drive reactivation strategies for churned players. Requirements: What You Bring5+ years of experience in monetization, live ops, or CRM in the gaming, social casino, or real-money gaming spaceProven track record of revenue growth and retention upliftDeep understanding of game monetization mechanics, player psychology, and reward systemsHands-on expertise in A/B testing, segmentation, offer configuration, and tool implementationStrong experience working with analytics platforms (e.g., Amplitude, Tableau, Mixpanel)Ability and know how in building Superior Monetization team from the ground up in similar venturesStrategic mindset with a builder mentality youre not just optimizing, youre creatingComfortable wearing multiple hats and iterating fast in a startup environmentBonus: experience with season passes, collectible mechanics, or gamified reactivation flows.
