Role:
Build a highly complex web application based on React
Ownership of technical design of new features

The Mobile Team Lead will be part of an agile development team, building and working on our mobile iOS app mostly based on top of swift development stack. The Team Lead will provide technical and team leadership through coaching, mentorship and as well as hands-on coding (about 50%).

Responsibilities:
Manage a team of 4-5 developers.
Create a continuous and ongoing work plan for the team.
Determine goals and objectives at the beginning of each development cycle until it is accomplished.
Design and develop APIs and Services to support millions of active users.
Collaborate with product managers to ensure requirements are met and delivered accurately.
Provide estimates for project timelines from design until delivery.
Support and assist developers at code level.
Ensure the quality of the code (code reviews).
Keep the team in line with all activities and task prioritization.

Deliver E2E complex technological projects involving core infrastructure, databases, AI models, and software codebases
Partner with the business and product management to define goals, requirements, success metrics, and roadmaps
Be responsible for project planning, execution, and resource allocation
Collaborate with R D and data teams to design, develop, TEST and integrate new capabilities
Manage stakeholder communications, providing regular updates on progress, risks, and dependencies
Remove technical and operational blockers, manage dependencies
Ensure solutions are secure, scalable, and high quality

- Manage a team of 5 FullStack developers
- Provide guidance and coaching to team members on technical contributions, product architecture, and other areas
- Collaborate and partner with product management, stakeholders, and other teams to gather requirements, communicate progress and deliver on time
- Oversee the overall development life-cycle, from design/planning to implementation and support to maintain a high standard of software quality
- Lead the technical vision and participate in product vision discussions

* Collaborating with other departments within the company and with external partners.
* Monitor and review the accuracy of financial data.
* Review and operate payment cycles.
* Substantiating and justifying expenditures and expense reports.
* Ensure compliance with internal reporting requirements.
* Assist in establishing and maintaining financial key policies, procedures, and controls throughout the entire reporting process.
