We are seeking a sharp and adaptable Finance Operations Analyst to join our lean and high-performing finance team.
This is a cross-functional role covering all aspects of financial operations in a fast-growing, tech-driven environment.
Youll work alongside our Director of Finance and will partner closely with functions across the businessincluding Sales, Customer Success, and Opsto streamline processes, manage financial data, and improve decision-making infrastructure. What you will be responsible for:
Sales and CS Commissions: Assist with calculating and tracking variable compensation, validating data against salesforce and policy, and driving actionable insights for activity and KPIs. Spend Management: Monitor and support ad spend controls & process management, vendor management, expense approvals, and policy compliance using Mesh and company systems. Reporting & Analytics: data updates, analysis, insight and preparation of budgets, forecasts, monthly financial reporting, produce actionable dashboards and financial insights for internal stakeholders; build scalable templates and tools. FP&A Support: Understand core performance metrics, leading and lagging indicators and get involved in fundamental business analysis, help maintain rolling forecasts, prepare periodic reports for department heads and leadership. Platform Ownership: Become power user of tools like NetSuite, salesforce, Zoho, Mesh, and AI productivity platforms, building the ability to generate insightful reporting. Billing Operations: Support order-to-cash financial tracking and alignment, support invoicing cycles, revenue recognition, and collections processes; maintain accuracy across CRM and billing systems ( salesforce + Zoho). Process Automation: Identify bottlenecks and help implement automation or AI solutions to increase team efficiency and data reliability. Ad Hoc Projects: Jump into high-priority initiatives ranging from cost and ROI analysis to customer cohort deep dives.

We are seeking an experienced SAP DBA to join our team, specializing in database maintenance and performance tuning for SAP HANA systems. The ideal candidate will have strong experience managing the health and performance of SAP HANA databases, as well as optimizing them for high performance and reliability.
Database Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance tasks for SAP HANA databases, ensuring optimal performance and data integrity.
Performance Tuning: Monitor, diagnose, and optimize database performance for SAP HANA systems, including memory, Storage, and query performance.
Backup and Recovery: Ensure proper backup and recovery strategies are in place to maintain data security and integrity.
Collaboration: Work as part of a team, collaborating with SAP administrators, developers, and other IT staff to resolve database issues and improve system performance.
Database Monitoring: Regularly monitor database health, identify issues, and implement solutions to prevent downtime or data loss.

Key Responsibilities:
Cloud Infrastructure Management: Provision, manage, and optimize resources across Azure (preferred), AWS, and GCP, ensuring high availability, cost-efficiency, and performance.
Kubernetes Orchestration: Architect and operate advanced Kubernetes environments both managed (AKS, EKS, GKE) and on-prem (RKE, Rancher, OpenShift).
CI/CD Engineering: Develop and manage robust CI/CD pipelines using Bitbucket Pipelines, Argo Workflows, and Jenkins, automating build-test-deploy workflows.
Monitoring & Logging: Implement and manage monitoring systems with Prometheus, Grafana, and centralized logging with ELK/EFK stacks.
Infrastructure Automation: Leverage Terraform, Ansible, and scripting (Python/Bash) to build and manage infrastructure as code (IaC).
On-Premise and Air-Gapped Deployments: Architect and support isolated environments using local DNS (PowerDNS), registries (Harbor), GitOps, and secure deployment practices.
Security & Compliance: Implement IAM policies, secrets management (Vault), encryption, and secure software delivery pipelines.
Documentation & System Design: Author detailed technical documentation including architectural blueprints, SOPs, and disaster recovery plans.
Collaboration & Mentorship: Work cross-functionally with developers, product, and QA teams; mentor junior DevOps engineers; and drive a culture of excellence.
Customer Engagement: Participate in technical discussions and workshops with enterprise clients to support onboarding and production success.
