Required Customer Support Specialist - Student Position
As a Tier 1 Customer Support you will be responsible for:
Be the first line of defense and escalation for any technical issues
Elegantly handle customer requests and maintain our SLA & customer satisfaction
Escalate and own issues internally and externally with service providers / partners
Extend our knowledge base
Work across departments (Engineering, DevOps, Prof Services, etc.) to resolve customers issues.

As a Staff DevOps Engineer, you will own production infrastructure across our cloud environments and work closely with platform, dev-infra and automation tests teams to drive operational excellence. You need to be ready to lead cross-team initiatives, proactively identify areas for optimization, and define scope both for yourself and the team.

You will be responsible for:

Keeping production stable and working, having a dedicated team as a first line of support

Responsibilities:

Execute month-end close activities, including revenue recognition entries, variance analysis, deferred revenue reconciliations, and comparisons to forecasts.
Coordinate with external auditors during quarterly reviews and year-end audits.
Review customer contracts to ensure accurate revenue recognition and billing is compliance with ASC 606.
Prepare documentation and support for SOX audits, ensuring compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements.
Act as primary point of contact for legal, sales, and professional services teams, providing guidance on revenue recognition policies, accounting standards, and revenues procedural issues.
Monitor and update revenue system configurations within the ERP platform to align with evolving business and compliance requirements.
Support the implementation of new revenue recognition tools or modules, including testing, training, and post-go-live troubleshooting.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and collaborate cross-functionally to implement enhancements that optimize revenue operations and promote best practices.
Assist in the preparation of board and investor reporting materials related to revenue performance, trends, and key metrics.

Oversee HR systems and analytics, driving data integrity, insights, and evidence-based decision-making across the organization.
Partner with C-level executives on executive compensation, equity, and incentive design
Lead and execute on delivering effective compensation programs, ensuring they are competitive and aligned with market trends and business strategies
Conduct regular benchmarking and market research to ensure Cato's compensation packages remain competitive and attractive to employees
Analyze data from market-based compensation surveys and provide recommendations to optimize the company's compensation plans and offers for employees
Research and evaluate employee benefits in similar industries and geographies, and advise on potential changes or updates to the company's existing benefits policies
Collaborate with executive management and key leaders to structure and optimize compensation plans and offers
Partner with the finance team to design and implement equity and incentive programs, including stock options
Oversee the annual salary review process, ensuring that the process is fair, consistent, and aligned with the company's objectives
Provide guidance and support to managers and HRBP on compensation and benefits matters
Manage relationships with external vendors, including benefits providers and compensation consultants
Lead and drive HR Analytics projects and initiatives to ensure data-driven decision-making, identify opportunities to drive improvements, and provide insights to business leaders
