As a Customer Success Manager you will join a small team that moves fast.

Together with the team, you will provide top-notch service to our customers, and support the rollout of a new product and features to the market. Youll be expected to execute fast but, more importantly, to solve problems and find long-term solutions that can be implemented as new processes, products, or features.

Responsibilities (or what youll be doing):

You will join a CS team in its early stage so there's a lot of room for creativity and building processes from scratch. You will be expected to contribute and improve current methodologies.

Help customers succeed and provide support both on the technical level and on the business side.

Onboarding new customers to be able to use our platform
Building and teaching technical courses on the platform
Deliver excellent support to customers, understand their needs, and ensure their success.
Serve as the main point of contact while acting as a liaison between clients and the rest of the team.
Provide customers with Introduction and training of new features in order to maximise the usage and educate them through marketing and product documents.
Maintain a comprehensive and updated knowledge base - Analyze customer usage data, gather insights and lessons
Provide internal customer feedback.

The Product Management team is responsible for executing the company's business prospects. The daily activities range from leading long-term product activities to handling fast-paced technical RFP processes with top brands. The team is highly involved with all business activities and keeps a very close interaction with the sales team, the company's customers, and all company departments

Responsibilities:
Lead key areas in the product roadmap.
Manage technical pre-sales and RFP processes with potential customers in the automotive industry.
Initiate and lead technical discussions with the customers.
Support other Business group activities such as market research, authoring product specifications, biz-dev activities, attending trade shows and events, and more.

Management of large datasets with milliseconds order of magnitude access time, to compute in a near real-time complex auction resolution algorithm (18 million predictions per second).

What will you do?
As a Senior Full Stack - Frontend Oriented your mission will be to:
Collaborate with software engineers and data scientists to research, develop, and deploy experiments, features and enhancements with a high impact on our global revenue.
Create, design, develop, test, and monitor your code in production autonomously and reliably.
Work with the Engineering Manager, Product Manager and other teams to frame projects and be accountable for their execution.
Obtain a good understanding of the business to provide relevant solutions to clients.
Be a work facilitator and help communication inside and outside Teads.
Stay up-to-date on new technologies and architectures. If they can solve a problem Teads has, propose ways to implement them into our current software engineering process.

Teads is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Dynamics 365 Project Manager & Business Analyst to lead the implementation and continuous improvement of our Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform. This is a unique hybrid role for a professional who is passionate about both understanding business needs and managing projects to deliver exceptional solutions.
You will be the critical link between our finance stakeholders and our technical teams, responsible for eliciting requirements, designing functional solutions, and managing the entire project lifecycle to ensure successful delivery. Your work will directly impact business efficiency, user adoption, and the overall success of our ERP strategy.
What will you do?
Requirements Gathering: Lead workshops, interviews, and discovery sessions with business stakeholders to elicit, understand, and document business requirements, processes, and pain points.
Process Mapping & Optimization: Analyze and document "as-is" business processes and work with stakeholders to design optimized "to-be" processes within the Dynamics 365 framework.
Solution Design: Translate business requirements into clear and detailed functional specifications, user stories, and process flow diagrams.
Functional Expertise: Serve as a subject matter expert for Finance Microsoft Dynamics 365
Testing & Validation: Develop user acceptance testing (UAT) plans, coordinate and support business users during testing, and triage defects.
Documentation & Training: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including business requirement documents (BRDs), functional design documents (FDDs), and end-user training materials.
