Experience in the world of electronic products including standardization and testing - -required
Education: Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Telecommunications/Computers/Software/Physics Engineering-required
MBA-required
High level of English
Experience in managing an activity of 100 200 employees - required
Proven experience in leading significant business growth
Leader with a clear ability to harness the organization for growth and success and the ability to interact with customers, suppliers, and service providers - required
Experience in leading changes and managing organizational processes, streamlining processes - mandatory
Experience in crisis management
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
