Lead global cost reduction initiatives and report to the Head of Procurement.
Manage sourcing, supplier negotiations, and contract agreements.
Prevent cost increases and ensure second-source availability.
Collaborate with Operations, Engineering, R&D, and Planning teams.
Oversee supplier risk management and mitigation strategies.
Requirements: 3-5 years of experience in global high-tech/industrial companies.
Strong background in electronic component sourcing.
B.Sc. in Components/Electronics Engineering.
High-level English (spoken & written).
Experience managing suppliers and working with subcontractors mandatory.
