What will your job look like:
Be the technical lead of the team that is responsible for the development of test content (mostly in Python) for the autonomous vehicle system and E2E flows
Review and approve system architecture requirements
Design and implement complex test solutions
Enforce compliance with autonomous vehicle industry standards.

We are looking for a Safety Assurance Expert to our the Safety team developing novel approaches to assess and promote autonomous vehicle (AV) safety.
Safety is a core decision driver at the highest level of development and business strategy, directly impacting project timelines and approval for our most advanced programs.
Demonstrating that an autonomous vehicle is safe is a cutting-edge challenge. It requires a deep understanding of the entire AV system, the development of robust methods and tools to support this goal, and active engagement with the automotive industry to build broad acceptance of our approach.
What Will Your Job Look Like?
Contribute to the development of a large-scale autonomous system from its early stages and see it through to deployment.
Take part in the safety assessment process, leading I1 assessments and defining and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) for the AV system.
Propose and implement new methods and tools to support comprehensive safety evaluations.
Identify and analyze potential safety riskssuch as those related to driver behaviorand develop strategies for mitigation.
Collaborate with stakeholders across the automotive industry to build broad acceptance of our safety methodology.
Work closely with customers and regulatory bodies on all aspects of safety assurance.

You’ll take ownership of quality from day one - helping build a scalable testing culture, mentoring junior engineers, and working closely with developers and product managers to catch issues before they hit production. * Track, triage, and follow through on bugs with clarity and urgency

Required Semiconductor Quality and Reliability Engineer
As a Quality and Reliability (Q&R) Engineer, you will lead the qualification and long-term reliability of advanced System-on-Chip (SoC) semiconductor products for automotive applications. Youll work across digital and RF domains to ensure robust performance and compliance with industry standards.
What will your job look like:
Define and manage Quality and Reliability specifications, simulations, and qualification plans for SoC die and package.
Plan and execute automotive-grade qualifications per standards such as AEC-Q100, JEDEC JESD22, and IATF 16949.
Design and implement die-level and package-level stress tests.
Select and prepare electrical, environmental, and mechanical test platforms for reliability testing.
Define requirements for Pre-Si Q&R (e.g. ESD, LU, EM, IR drop), Design-for-Test (DFT), electrical characterization, and Post-Si Q&R testing of digital, mixed-signal and RF SoCs.
Collaborate extensively with internal design teams, external subcontractors, and outsourcing partners (OSATs).
Lead failure analysis, reliability modeling, and corrective action processes (e.g., 8D, FMEA, FMEDA).
Document and certify automotive standards compliance, including PPAP/APQP deliverables.

We are seeking a skilled Physicist/Electro-Optical Engineer to join our CTO team, which drives next-generation inertial sensing technology. Our work spans Silicon Photonics, optics, and electro-optics, enhancing performance with advanced algorithms. Team members engage in all development phases, from research to implementation, in a dynamic, multi-disciplinary setting
