As a Senior Product Designer , youll play a critical role in shaping, enhancing, and scaling our product experience. You will work closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to design intuitive, engaging, and data-driven user experiences across our platform. Your work will transform complex problems into simple, elegant solutions that empower our customers to better understand and manage their cloud spend.

Youll collaborate cross-functionally, contribute to our evolving design system, and bring creativity, strategic thinking, and user empathy to every design challenge.


What Youll Do:
Own the end-to-end product design process, from research and ideation to polished UI

Partner with product managers and engineers to create user-centric, intuitive, and engaging designs

Develop and maintain a comprehensive design system, including reusable patterns, components, and guidelines to ensure consistency and scalability

Conduct user research, usability testing, and customer interviews to validate ideas and inform design decisions

Create interactive prototypes to communicate design concepts and interactions effectively

Advocate for design best practices, presenting and explaining design decisions clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Take ownership of multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and high-quality outcomes

Contribute to ongoing product discovery efforts by identifying opportunities for new features and improvements
Requirements:
5+ years of experience in Product Design, preferably designing SaaS products and complex systems

Expertise in developing and managing scalable design systems

Strong user interface (UI) capabilities and attention to visual details

Proficiency in Figma, with the ability to visualize complex data and user interactions

Proven skills in user research methodologies, usability testing, and user-centered design

A strong portfolio showcasing a range of product design work, especially for complex systems

Strong problem-solving mindset, able to generate multiple design solutions quickly

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate design concepts and decisions

Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment

Academic degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or similar field is a plus

Experience designing complex, data-driven platforms in the Fintech industry is a plus
