Covering test development of SoC devices from the test concept & methodology phase through the ramp-up of the test solution (hardware and software), all the way to volume production.
Creating test programs and special tests for debug, characterization, and optimization towards mass production. Lead characterization efforts, production optimization and follow-up. Cooperation with design, hardware and software teams

Requirements: BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering
5+ years' experience with Digital circuits, Power and High-speed board design
Good understanding of product/test HW/Test software/Mechanical integration
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Use SPICE based simulator software.
Working in OrCAD environment.
Experience with production environment sort and final test
Familiar with ATE from Advantest and Teradyne.
