We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Senior Affiliate and Partnerships Manager to join our team at Fiverr. As an Affiliate and Partnerships Manager, you will play a key role in developing and managing our affiliate marketing program. You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with affiliate partners, monitoring results, and optimizing performance to maximize revenue. In addition, you will contribute to the overall strategic development of the affiliate program, fostering innovation and translating business opportunities into strategic growth initiatives.

What am I going to do?:

* Recruit and onboard new affiliates to the Fiverr program, build strong relationships with existing affiliates and work with them to optimize and grow their campaigns.
* Recruit and manage influencers across multiple platforms (YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook), building long-term partnerships and ensuring alignment with business goals.
* Monitor performance at the partner and program levels, analyze trends and opportunities and provide actionable recommendations for improvement.
* Conduct strategic work to define the long-term vision and goals of the affiliate program, and implement initiatives and projects to support its growth and development.
* Improve operational efficiency by developing infrastructure, automating processes, and integrating AI into our activities.

Requirements:
* 3-5 years of experience in Affiliate Marketing or Partnerships within a global online product company - a must.
* Proven experience in building and scaling influencer programs, with successful collaborations across platforms like YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Facebook.
* Strong analytical skills and proficiency in using data to make informed decisions.
* Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong focus on business development and growth.
* Knowledge and familiarity with Affiliate Networks performance-based marketing models.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with both external partners and internal stakeholders.

Required Partnerships Manager (Temporary)
As a Partnership Manager, You will be responsible for designing and implementing a strategic partnership framework across priority English-speaking regions (USA, Canada, UK, Australia and New Zealand).
Your role will focus on driving partner acquisition, managing partnership lifecycles, and delivering measurable results. Collaboration with internal teams, strategic planning, and data analysis will be essential. Performance Measurement and Optimization: Monitor key performance indicators, such as conversion rates, subscriber growth, and campaign ROI. Use data insights to refine partnership strategies and improve outcomes.
Cross-Functional Alignment: Partner with internal teams, including marketing, product, and ambassador teams, to align on strategies, campaigns, and partner needs. Ensure seamless communication and execution across departments.

Requirements:
23 years of experience required as an Influencer Manager, Partnership Manager, or Affiliate Manager.
Fluency in English (written and verbal). Additional language skills are a plus.
Proven experience in partnership development, content creator engagement, and/or infl uencer marketing in English-speaking markets.
Strong understanding of the photography & videography market and creative industries (being a photographer or videographer is a plus).
Demonstrated success in executing infl uencer, affi liate, or partnership campaigns with measurable results.
Goal-oriented mindset with excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills.
