For a company in the field of water and wastewater treatment, a Chief Project Engineer is required to manage and operate water treatment systems in projects located in Southeast Asia.
The position includes the planning, operation, and execution of water and wastewater treatment systems, management of local teams, and work in an international, multicultural environment.
Job Description:
Leading projects in the field of water treatment from the design stage up to commissioning and operation.
Managing projects from the execution, construction, and commissioning stages on site.
Managing coordination between different parties - clients, suppliers, consultants, and local teams.
Ensuring compliance with engineering standards, schedules, and quality objectives.
Requirements: Education: Engineer in Biotechnology, Water, Chemistry, or Environmental Engineering.
At least 5 years of experience in the operation or management of water treatment systems.
Experience in the design of water treatment systems - an advantage.
Knowledge or experience in wastewater treatment - an advantage.
Good command of English - required.
Good interpersonal skills and openness to work with different cultures.
Willingness to relocate to Southeast Asia.
