Part-time position (7 hours a day)
Hybrid - 2 days from home
Responsibilities:
* Organizing the companys day-to-day accounting procedures and maintaining records of invoices and tax payments.
* Preparing monthly financial reports and supporting payroll processes.
* Organizing company fun days, employee events, and staff gifts.
* Providing personal assistance to the CEO.
* Coordinating international flights, hotels, and travel arrangements.
* Handling various administrative and operational coordination tasks as needed.
Requirements: Proven work experience as a finance administrator or in a similar role
Full proficiency in computer skills, including AI tools
Excellent English communication skills
