Processing orders from customers received via email, fax, and automatic interfaces. Answering phone calls and providing estimated schedules for delivery of the products.
Responsibilities:
* Receiving inquiries via the application or through direct calls from patients
* Referring patients to various services
* Establishing patients in the SF system
* Guiding patients until they enter the service or receive approvals for various products
* Issuing reminders to patients for their upcoming treatment
* Providing telephone support to patients
* Opening Side Effects reports
* Handling quality complaints
* Sending kits to patients for relevant products
* Linking patients with relevant siblings
Requirements: * 1-3 years of Customer Service work experience
* Excellent communication skills in Hebrew
* Computer Skills- proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook)
* Ability to work under pressure, prioritization, and task management
* High service orientation.
* Order, accuracy, and attention to detail.
* Ability to maintain confidentiality.
