We are looking for a dynamic and skilled Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to support our R&D and G&A organization based in our Tel-Aviv Headquater.
Our Recruiting team is the first gatekeeper and the first interface for candidates.
We are making sure to partner with our hiring managers to facilitate the hiring process while maintaining the best candidate experience.
In this role, you will lead full-cycle recruitment for high-impact positions in the tech and cyber industries,
work closely with hiring managers to define position requirements and guide candidates from initial contact to contract signing.
What will you do?
Partner with hiring managers to determine staffing needs.
Design and implement an overall recruiting strategy.
Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications.
Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job boards/newspapers/colleges etc.
Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media, etc.
Screen candidates resume and job applications.
Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule.
Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices.
Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team.
Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process.
Promote employer branding.
Hybrid position- 4 days at the TLV office and 1 remotely
Requirements: What do you need to succeed?
At least 5 years of experience as a Recruiter in a global high-tech company.
Solid ability and experience to conduct behavioral HR interviews.
Hands-on experience with recruiting for tech roles - Must.
Strong understanding of tech languages and technologies.
Hands-on experience with various selection processes.
Background in the cyber security industry- Advantage.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong decision-making skills.
English - High level/Fluent MUST.
