Required Sales Director
DESCRIPTION
In this position, you will lead and manage a team of sellers and Customer Success Managers in Israel, mentor and drive the territory's success and growth while hitting sales targets.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Managing and mentoring a team of Cloud Sales experts in Israel, coaching them to hit KPIs and ensure high-quality operation and performance
Develop and execute successful targeted territory development plans to help achieve or exceed growth, revenue, and margin targets
Develop and manage all phases of the business development cycle, including managing proposal negotiations, the statement-of-work, and completion of all contract details
Prospect new customers, identify upsell, cross-sell, and renewal opportunities, and communicate with the AWS reps regularly
Demonstrates breadth and depth of knowledge in aligning our capabilities to client business, and positioning relative to competitors
Serve as the escalation point for all matters related to client concerns, deals, and needs
Build and maintain long-lasting and strengthened client relationships to achieve long-term partnerships
Maintain and develop strategic vendor relations with AWS
Regularly attend trade shows and conferences to promote and educate prospective clients on the benefits
Work collaboratively with Marketing, Operations, Delivery, and Solutions Architects
Hire and build out the Israeli sales team.
Requirements: 5+ years of experience in managing direct IT sales, business development, and accounts management with a proven, successful track record of generating revenue and closing business
3+ years of experience in sales of complex cloud or software solutions, preferably SaaS
2+ years of experience in managing a sales team
Experience in a B2B sales environment including sales organizational structures, indirect channels, sales systems, and industry data used in developing go-to-market strategies
Network and relationships with Israeli digital native/ISV/startup companies
In-depth experience with selling AWS services
Demonstrated ability to engage and influence C-level executives
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Hebrew
AWS cloud certificated
Excellent presentation and organizational skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Working experience with Salesforce and/or Hubspot - advantage.
