We are looking for a Senior Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support of key executives. Managing both the professional and personal ecosystem, including organizing personal events, meetings, overseeing household operations, and planning comprehensive international travel itineraries. The role requires navigation between Israel and US operations, involving alternating work hours aligned with both time zones. You will act as the right hand to the executive, deal with complex logistics, managing personal and professional schedules, and interfacing with key internal departments.
Key Responsibilities
Calendar Management: Execute full ownership of both the personal and professional founder's calendars, resolving conflicts proactively and ensuring optimal time management.
Travel & Logistics: Plan and manage intricate domestic and international travel itineraries, seamlessly coordinating both business trips and personal travel (flights, accommodations, transport, and visas).
Vendor & Household Management: Oversee and coordinate external personal and professional service providers, including private drivers, household staff, property managers, and vendors.
Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Partner with the Finance department to streamline expense reports, invoices, and personal/professional billing processes.
Personal & Executive Support: Handle day-to-day personal errands, ad-hoc tasks, and special projects with a high degree of autonomy.
Confidentiality: Maintain the highest level of discretion, integrity, and confidentiality regarding all personal, professional, and corporate matters.
Requirements: 2+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or in a similar high-stakes role supporting C-level executives in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent interpersonal abilities to build and maintain relationships with a diverse network of service providers and vendors.
Willingness to work flexible hours (including US time)

A self-starter with a strong "can-do" attitude, capable of multitasking within tight deadlines and working independently.
Fluent English and Hebrew (both written and verbal).
Proven experience in the IDF in high-level administrative or operational leadership roles, such as Head of Bureau or Chief of Staff -Advantage
Proficiency and experience utilizing modern AI tools and productivity applications to optimize workflows and efficiency.
