This is a rare opportunity for a high-caliber operator to take true end-to-end ownership of the operational engine behind a fast-growing health-tech company. We're looking for someone who has consistently excelled in demanding, high-stakes environments - and is ready to bring that same bar for excellence to a role with real autonomy and direct visibility to leadership. Reporting to the Chief Strategy Officer, you will manage the operational backbone of the company - overseeing finance and administrative processes, HR and hiring logistics, budget management, vendor and client contract organization, compliance, and day-to-day office operations.
Key Responsibilities
Own the day-to-day financial transaction process, ensuring the company's accounting records (QuickBooks) stay accurate and organized
Manage invoicing and accounts receivable - receivables in this business are not for the faint of heart
Monitor tax obligations and filings
Create and oversee the budget process, manage budget requests from colleagues, and route approvals to Leadership
Manage payroll coordination with the outside vendor to process payroll
Vendor management - payments, contracts, and organization
CRM management - tracking contract key business terms and renewals, and maintaining client contract folders and documentation
Own the hiring process end-to-end - funneling, CV scanning, job postings, and offer coordination - and partner with managers on hiring, termination, promotion, and salary decisions
Own HR policy and performance management, including policy documentation, a Performance Review practice, and office culture initiatives like socials and team events
Serve as point of contact for insurance renewal, and oversee compliance management, required documentation, and the Business Continuity Plan
Oversee day-to-day office operations.
Requirements: 2-5 years of experience in business operations, finance/administration, or a similar generalist management role
A track record of excelling in demanding, high-performance environments - and holding yourself to that same standard
Strong organizational and process-management skills, with the judgment to run things independently
Experience managing accounts payable, accounts receivable, invoicing, and payment workflows, coordinating payroll, budgets, taxes, and insurance renewals, and managing HR, recruiting, and company policy processes
Comfortable owning contracts, vendors, compliance documentation, and office operations
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
This position is open to all candidates.
